Color Match is an independent collection of tools for choosing, comparing and checking colors in a browser, operated by Color Match.
From a color choice to a usable result
Compare two colors to see their values and contrast. Open the contrast checker to test a foreground against its background, inspect text-size requirements, and try a passing alternative. Use the palette studio to build and export a group of colors.
What the data means
The named-color library contains 64 entries. Other HEX colors receive an approximate nearest name; this is a browsing aid, not a standardized color identity. Screen-to-print CMYK values are approximations without a printer profile. Contrast checks address color contrast, not complete accessibility conformance.

Color calculations and image extraction run in your browser. Uploaded images are not sent to an image-processing server by this tool. Optional analytics has a separate choice in Privacy settings. See the privacy policy for hosting, URL and contact data.
Color Match is responsible for site maintenance and editorial corrections. Guides are published under the Color Match publication name. Source links and revision dates on updated guides let you check the underlying standards and examples. If a result looks wrong, please include the two HEX values and the page URL in your report.
