How to use the result

  1. Select an image and inspect the extracted swatches.
  2. Open a color to explore related hues and conversion values.
  3. Test the actual text and background pair in the contrast checker before using it in an interface.

Sampling, compression, transparency and an image's color profile can affect the result. A dominant color is not necessarily a suitable text color. Keep the original file when exact reproduction matters.
